Founder & Physical Therapist

Your whole body.
Your everyday life.

Hi, I’m Britt! I founded Vitality Women’s Health & Physical Therapy to help people move more comfortably, grow stronger, and get back to what they love. I prioritize functional mobility and realistic goals, creating a plan that fits your everyday life and helps you feel like the best version of yourself.

I’ve been in the military for 14 years, and I’m grateful for my beautiful family. Outside of work, I love staying active, exercising, reading, and painting.

My faith in Jesus is at the heart of my life, and I’m thankful for all He has provided for me and my family. That gratitude inspires my commitment to giving back to the community and caring for each person with compassion.
